Sandra Orozco Franco, founder of Total Balance Wellness & Spa in Brooksville, Florida, was born in Cali, Colombia (1982) and earned her physical therapy degree from the Autonomous University of Manizales in 2006, specializing in sports rehabilitation. She began her career working with professional soccer teams on athlete recovery and cardiac rehabilitation.
Since moving to the U.S. in 2013, Sandra became a licensed massage therapist and esthetician, earning certifications in lymphatic drainage, cupping, Kinesio Taping, myofascial release, Reiki, and other advanced esthetic techniques.
She created Integrated Balance Massage Therapy, a signature method that combines physical therapy principles with advanced massage modalities to relieve pain, restore biomechanics, and promote balance. With her expertise in anatomy, rehabilitation, and holistic care, Sandra delivers personalized treatments that enhance recovery, reduce pain, and support overall well-being.
